Census records has a 'w' by Belinda's name.  Does this perhaps mean that 'w' is the middle initial or that the name Savers came from Emily's previous marriage (or maiden name)? According to the Ohio Marriage index Henry Sowers married a Mary E. Wykoff on May 10, 1863 in Auglaize County.  Which is probably the marriage shown below.  Hannah, Elizabeth, and Augusta would have been the children from this marriage.  Harriet is 10 years which is from Henry Sowers previous marriage, possibly with Emily E. above in 1860. 1870 U.
